Your Options

Two Ways to Whiten, and Which Suits You

Both work. The difference is how fast, how much control you have, and what your teeth are like to begin with. We’ll go through it with you before you commit to either.

What Sets Us Apart:

Stronger gel, safely used

Professional whitening uses concentrations you can't buy in a shop, applied by someone who checks your teeth first.

Trays made for your teeth

Custom trays keep the gel where it belongs. Boil-and-bite kits leak onto your gums.

We check before we start

Whitening won't work on crowns, veneers or fillings, and it won't fix stains from inside a tooth. We check first so you're not disappointed.

Managed sensitivity

If your teeth are sensitive, we adjust strength and timing rather than telling you to push through.

Cost & Payment

What Teeth Whitening Costs

Price depends on which option you choose and whether you want trays for future top-ups. In-office Zoom and take-home trays are priced differently, and we’ll give you the figure before anything starts.

Dental insurance almost never covers whitening, because it’s cosmetic rather than medically necessary. We’ll confirm your plan, but expect to pay out of pocket.

CareCredit is available, and we can arrange payment in installments.

Frequently Asked Questions

Typically one to three years. Coffee, tea, red wine, and smoking shorten it. Take-home trays make top-ups easy.

Some people get temporary sensitivity for a day or two. Tell us if your teeth are already sensitive and we’ll adjust the treatment.

No. Whitening only works on natural tooth enamel. If you have visible restorations we’ll talk through what that means before starting.

Zoom is faster, take-home is more gradual and easier on sensitive teeth. Neither is better overall, it depends on your timing and your teeth.

Yes, mainly because we check your teeth and gums first and the trays fit properly. Ill-fitting kits leak gel onto the gums.

Almost certainly not. Whitening is treated as cosmetic. We’ll confirm your specific plan.
