Plans we are in network with
We are in-network providers for the following insurances:
- Aetna Dental Insurance (preferred provider)
- Cigna (preferred provider)
- Delta Dental | WDS (preferred provider)
- Premera (preferred provider)
- Regence (preferred provider)
IMPORTANT: At this time, we do not accept DSHS, Apple Care, Apple Health or Provider One dental insurance plans.
Plans we are not in network with
We are not in network with MetLife, United or Concordia. You can still be treated here with one of those plans, but being out of network normally means a higher out-of-pocket cost than seeing a dentist who is in network with your insurer. We would rather you knew that before your first appointment than after it, so ask us and we will go through it with you.
If you do not have dental insurance
CareCredit is available, which spreads the cost over monthly payments. CareCredit is a third-party credit company and the agreement is between you and them. This office does not provide its own financing.

Check your Aetna Summary of Benefits to review the dental service and any limitations covered under your plan. You can also get a Summary of Benefits from the employer providing your insurance, or contact the Member Services number provided on your ID card.
Delta Dental | WDS Dentist Preferred Provider
Icon Dental Center is proud to be an in-network dentist for Delta Dental | Washington Dental Service insurance. Our preferred provider status means low out of pocket costs for the patient, and less paperwork for you to complete – we submit the claims directly on your behalf.
We are happy to answer your questions regarding coverage provided by Dental Dental | WDS, though you can also easily determine what plan you have and what services it covers by logging into your subscriber connection account. Different plans come with different types of coverage so it is good to ask upfront about what is covered by your exact dental plan.
Routine Cleanings Can Save You Money
Many dental plans cover routine cleanings and exams in full, or close to it, which makes them the cheapest appointment most people will book all year. Coverage does vary from plan to plan, though, so it is worth checking what yours includes and how many cleanings a year it allows. If you are not sure, bring your card to your next exam and cleaning and we will look at it with you.
